I’m fine

Recently, I was blessed. Quite a lot of nice people around me and made me feel happy…

Few days before, I received a mail from a friend from Hokaido. The place I think I will go in this coming winter holidays. What so special about that place? That’s is the northest land of Japan where is snowing now. Of course, I go there for snow. And what so good about that friend is, he promised to let me stay at his house few days and will bring me to ski. That’s the thing I looking forward for the most in winter. I knew that friend in Bangkok last year. After one year, I wonder whether I will still remember his face when I meet him.

Today, 26th November 2005. I don’t is it a special day to anyone, but to me, today is quite a nice day. I received 3 things today. Not a birthday present, but just simply someone gave me something. First thing was, a winter clothes. Last week, I chat with an auntie, and mentioned that winter clothes are very expensive. She said she will go home look for some winter clothes that her son wore. She said her son already married and maybe left some winter clothes at home. I appreciate she being so nice to me. And today, she gave me a winter cloth packed in a paper bag. I thanked her, and thought that she gave the winter cloth that her son wore. Somehow, when I opened it, I saw a tag hanging on the zip. Would it a winter cloth that her son wore?!

There is another auntie. I spent some of my time chat with her few weeks ago, although most of the time I can’t understand what’s she is talking about, but at least i tried to listen. She knew I like reading. Today, she gave a chinese book with title <Youth Conversation>. And left a message,  youth is a period with hopes and problems, may one day when I succeed, I will remember there was a auntie appeared in my life.

And another thing, I received a plastic bag of tangrines(or Mandarin oranges). My island planted a lot of tangerines tree. So that’s a lot of tangerines everywhere because now is the season. I wanted to take a photo of tangerines tree, but I seldom carry camera when I saw a tangerine tree. Because this is my island. :-) It make me feel like Chinese New Year. Because for past 20 years, I can only have Mandarin Orange when CNY comes. I wondered why only when CNY have Mandarin Oranges, I like it, I thought Mandarin Oranges come out for CNY. When I was a child, Mandarin Orange was small with thick skin in wood box. I remember I have to use a hammer to open the box. Then later have Mandarin Orange with thin skin and sweeter. But it can’t stand long and always got some in black. I finally know that, mandarin orang is a fruit for seasons country, I don’t have to keep the oranges into fridge but it’s cold and sweet. Not like in Malaysia, not so nice and will spoil easily if don’t keep it in fridge, but keep it in fridge become like not so juicy.

Yesterday, I bought a bottle of wine and shared it with my closest Japanese friend. He is the top student in class, and even someone don’t believe that I drank with him. Somehow, he’s good in drinking. I wanted to tried Beaujolais wine from France that seems to be famous, but because of expensive, I gave up and tried Hiroshima wine, it’s nice and cost only about RM32. I thought I will be very tired today, but I didn’t, even more energetic.

Exam is coming soon. What have I done for my exam? Nothing…….yet. I will work hard. Aja Aja Fighting
